Dr. Ali's Yogurt Breakfast

I am a spice enthusiast and
highly recommend starting one's day with spicey
beginning in one of the following three ways:
1. Dr. Ali's Breakfast
Protein Shake With Spices
2. Dr. Ali's Omelettes With
Spices
3. Dr. Ali's Yogurt With Spices
I develop my recipes for spicey
yogurt, spicey omelettes, and
spicey breakfast protein shakes for adults as well
as children. I suggest that the amounts and number
of spices in yogurt prepared for children be
initially reduced and increased when hey devlop the
taste for spices. I offer my "spicey recommendation" as
healthful, low-cost, and time-efficient options for
weight loss and prevention of diabetes and related
degenerative disorders for:
1. Losing weight or not gaining
unwanted weight
2. Preventing and reversing
diabetes
3. Preventing and reversing heart
disease
4. Preventing and reversing
memory loss
5. Preventing, controlling, and
reversing chronic inflammatory and immune disorders
6. Preventing premature aging
Ingredients
for Dr. Ali’s Spicy Whole Milk Yogurt for two
(reduce the amounts and number of spices when
introducing
Whole Milk Yogurt
Eight ounces
Crushed Cayenne
One-eighth to one-quarter teaspoons (increase or decrease to taste)
Garlic granules
Two teaspoons
Ginger powder
One teaspoons
Turmeric powder
One teaspoon
Cumin seeds, white
One-half teaspoons
Coriander
One-half teaspoons
Stevia
One packet sweetening like tsp of sugar
Whole milk
Two ounces (goat or cow milk, most dairy-intolerant
individuals can
tolerate yogurt well)
Directions
1. Beat yogurt to make it creamy
2. Add the above spices (reduce
the amounts by one-fourth initially, then increase
it slowly to taste)
3. Add milk at the end to make
the yogurt thinner.
I prefer the omelette prepared by
following steps 7 and 8 closely. If a more lightly
cooked omelette is desired, browning both sides
lightly is the answer. Similarly, a lesser amount of
butter gives a lighter omelette.
Enjoy, then, if desired, change
amounts of ingredients to personalize your spicey
whole milk yogurt
